Screw-Retained Implant Restorations

(PFM or All-Ceramic – excluding IPS e.max)

Screw-retained restorations are fabricated using a custom-milled abutment with an integrated crown and screw access channel. The crown is cemented to the abutment in the laboratory, allowing the restoration to be delivered as a single unit.

At delivery, the clinician torques the restoration into place and seals the access channel with composite.

Available in: PFM and all-ceramic | Singles and bridges

Advantages

  • Retrievable design
  • No intraoral cement
  • Improved long-term serviceability
  • Simplified maintenance

Clinical Considerations

  • Final access hole position is prosthetically driven and angle dependent

Cement-Retained Implant Restorations

Cement-retained restorations utilize a custom-milled abutment over which the definitive crown or bridge is cemented chairside. This approach offers maximum flexibility in contour, occlusion, and esthetic management.

Advantages

  • No access hole
  • Excellent esthetic control
  • Ideal for angle-corrected implants
  • Simplified prosthetic design

PFM and all-ceramic | Singles and bridges

Zirconia Implant Abutments

(Anterior and premolar zones)

Zirconia abutments provide a tooth-colored foundation that supports superior soft-tissue esthetics and eliminates gray shine-through. Each abutment is digitally designed for precise fit and controlled emergence.

Indications

  • Anterior restorations
  • High-esthetic zones
  • Thin gingival biotypes

Clinical limitation

  • Not recommended for posterior load-bearing regions

Surgical Guides

(Full-guided, pilot, and stackable systems)

Prudental surgical guides are digitally designed to support prosthetically driven implant placement and predictable surgical outcomes.

Benefits

  • Improved placement accuracy
  • Reduced surgical variability
  • Increased procedural confidence
  • Enhanced restorative predictability

Guide options include full-guided, pilot-only, and stackable workflows.

All-on-X Solutions

(Full-arch implant restorations)

All-on-X solutions provide a comprehensive workflow for full-arch, implant-supported restorations using strategically placed implants to support a fixed prosthesis. Prudental supports the process from digital planning and surgical guides through final full-arch restorations.

Applications

  •  Final full-arch implant prosthetics
  • Hybrid and zirconia-based restorations
  • Implant-assisted full-arch rehabilitation

Clinical benefits

  • Immediate restoration of function and esthetics
  • Reduced grafting requirements
  • Predictable full-arch workflows
  • Digitally coordinated surgical and restorative phases
