Submit a Case

Option 1 – Connect Directly from Your iTero Scanner

1. Sign in to your iTero scanner.
2. Add Prudental Laboratories as a connected laboratory using Company ID: 874848.
3. Once the connection is complete, select Prudental Laboratories when transmitting case files.

Option 2 – Connect Through iTero Support

1. Contact iTero Support at (800) 577-8767 and select Option 1.
   
2. Request that Prudental Laboratories be added to your scanner’s list of available laboratories.
   
3. Provide Company ID: 874848 for verification.
   
4. Restart your scanner if prompted to complete the update.
5. Select Prudental Laboratories when sending case files.

Option 1 – Connect via MeditLink Web Portal

1. Visit www.meditlink.com/login and select “Don’t have an account? Sign up.”
2. Choose “Administrator” under the appropriate business category.
   
3. Complete the registration form and verify your account by following the instructions sent to your email.
   
4. Download and install the MeditLink software as directed.
   
5. Once logged in, select “Add New Partner” and search for Prudental Laboratories to begin sending cases.

Option 2 – Connect Directly from Your Medit Scanner

1. Sign in to your MeditLink scanner.
   
2. Select “Add New Partner.”

Search for Prudental Laboratories and add them as a connected laboratory to begin submitting cases.

Adding Prudental Laboratories to Your Scanner

Option 1: Add via Sirona Connect Website

1. Open a web browser and navigate to www.sirona-connect.com.
   
2. Go to “My CEREC Connect” and select “Edit Account.”
   
3. Under the My Account section, select “My Favorite Laboratories.”
   
4. Click “Search Labs,” then select “Start Search.”
   
5. In the search fields provided:
   • Enter “Prudental Laboratories” in the Company Name field.
     
   • Enter “92705” in the ZIP Code field.
6. Click the “Find” button.
   
7. When Prudental Laboratories appears in the search results, click the orange plus sign or the checkbox next to the company name, then select “Add.”
   
8. When submitting a new case scan, select Prudental Laboratories as your preferred lab.
   

Option 2: Request Assistance

Contact your scanner reseller and request support in adding Prudental Laboratories to your scanner.

Connecting to Prudental Lab Through 3Shape

Option 1: Add via 3Shape Communicate Website

1. Open a web browser and navigate to https://us.3shapecommunicate.com.
   
2. Locate and select the “Connections” button.
   
3. If available, ensure the “Show me Labs” option is checked.
   
4. In the search field, enter the following email address: dan@prudentallab.com.
   
5. Select “Prudental Lab” from the results and click “Connect.”
   
6. Once the request is submitted, call the laboratory at (800) 277-8336 to notify us that a 3Shape Trios connection request has been sent.
   

Option 2: Request Connection via Email

Send an email to dan@prudentallab.com requesting a 3Shape Trios connection. Please include the email address associated with your 3Shape account (typically the same email used to sign in to the scanner).

Connecting to Prudental Lab Through CS Connect

1. Log in to CS Connect using your scanner or by visiting http://csdentalconnect.com.
2. In the toolbar, click the “three people” icon to access connection settings.
3. In the Partners window, select “Invite a Partner.”
4. In the Email field, enter: dan@prudentallab.com
5. In the Message field, you may keep the default message or customize your own.
6. Click Send to submit the connection request.

Your connection will typically be verified by the end of the day. If Prudental Lab does not appear as a connected partner, please call (800) 277-8336 for assistance.
