Prudental Laboratories will repair or replace the restoration or appliance at no charge as listed below:
5 Years
Full Zirconia, Layered Zirconia, PFM, Full Gold Crown, e.Max, and Implant Restoration*
*Implant assisted or supported prosthesis are not warrantied due to implant failure nor do we warranty implant parts or components.

Removables including Screw Retained Dentures

PMMA or Temporary Restorations

Immediate Dentures**, Immediate Acrylic Flippers** and Immediate Partials**
**Requiring a reline after teeth have been extracted is not warrantied.

Nightguards
- Any change to the original prescription will be charged.
- All repairs or replacements must be completed at our laboratory.
- Repairs by another lab will not be refunded or covered by the warranty.
- Redoes will be charged if the office requests the lab to proceed under no guarantee.
- All parts must be returned at the time of remake with “redo” and the reason written on the RX.
